Ren is a young woman whose life changed forever when she was Marked by a spirit and became a feared Nu’Mahri. On the run with the roguish Hunter and growing close to him, Ren is devastated when he betrays her for a purse of money. Season Three finds her at Featherwell Castle where she meets the enigmatic Archivist. Can he get the spirit out and give Ren her old life back? And where will Hunter’s path lead him next?

Marked by an ancient spirit and chased from her home village, Ren is now on the run with Hunter, a man she barely knows. The pair set out to find the Archivist, a mysterious Mahri expert who may hold the key to removing the spirit from Ren. But Commander Othon and the Kah’Nath army are closing in, and both Ren and Hunter will have to make dangerous decisions on the way to their goal.
